With regard to people, we require our partners to respect their employees and offer safe work conditions. In environmental matters, we require sustainable use of land and minerals, minimising emissions and energy consumption and appreciation of recycling. In their business, they must comply with legislation, have zero tolerance of corruption and honour their commitments. We assess competitiveness based on quality, costs and delivery time and reliability. 

In recent years, the world has faced several – even overlapping – crises that have required a decisive approach, determined efforts and confidential cooperation between organisations. However, our extensive networks have, fortunately, shown exceptional resilience, and we have succeeded in taking care of our customers’ processes even during these exceptional times.
