When Sibelco’s refractory operations in Åheim became part of Betker, we not only expanded our international footprint but also significantly boosted our delivery reliability. With two production facilities, we can react faster to customer needs and ensure that material flows keep moving – without interruptions.

According to our estimates, this means up to 50 % better delivery reliability for our customers. In practice, it allows us to shorten our already fast delivery times (1–4 weeks), increase logistical flexibility, and ensure that critical processes keep running without delays.
